Our delicious traditional handmade Christmas Puddings are a wonderful finale to a very Happy Christmas. We let the fruit steep in the alcohol for at least 2 weeks before adding the rest of the ingredients including our own made special pudding spice mix. Each pudding is steamed for 6 hours wrapped and left to mature to perfection. We then wrap in muslin and finish with a pretty ribbon. Our popular Christmas Puddings come in 450g sizes, and each button serves 4-5 person and comes in 4 different varieties including:-
